September 9, 2014 - Online Group Training - Contact Management with CiviCRM

This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, but have new staff to train.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

• Create a contact
• Conduct basic and advanced searches
• Create groups and smart groups
• Manage groups and tags
• Perform an action on a group of contacts
• Manage relationships between contacts
• Manage activities
• Export contact data
• Custom Data
• Find and merge duplicates
• Update contacts via a batch

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing contacts in CiviCRM.This training is the first session of a four-part training. The next sessions will be on membership, event and contribution management.

This training will be conducted in CiviCRM 4.4.
